Reishi Spore Chocolate Cup Recipe
We can have it ALL! Up-grade your Immune System with Mushrooms & Organic Cacao. These IMMUNE STRENGTHENING Reishi Spore Chocolate Cups (GF, DF, RSF) are so so delicious, easy to make and a wonderful way to support your immune health. Because Reishi Spore powder has a deliciously smooth taste and combines well with creamy textures and flavors, like coconut and cacao butter, it’s no wonder why it goes perfect in chocolate recipes!
Makes 5-6 Mini Chocolate Cups
Ingredients:
– 1/4 c. Organic Cacao Powder
– 3 tbs. Organic Coconut Oil
– 2-3 tbs. Organic Cacao Butter or 2 Squares
– 1-2 tsp. Organic Reishi Spore Powder (I also like Reishi Spore Coffee)
– 3 tbs. Organic Maple Syrup or Organic Molasses
– 1 tsp. Sacred 7 Mushroom Powder(optional)
– 1 tsp. Organic Chaga Powder(optional)
– Mini cupcake baking cups
Directions:
Use a double boiler to melt and combine all your ingredients together. You can also just place a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water if you don’t have a glass double boiler. Be patient and stir well until the cacao powder, coconut oil, cacao butter, maple syrup and Reishi spore powder are well combined and a liquid texture. Once everything is melted, well combined and a liquid, you are ready to pour this into your cups. Place your mini cupcake baking cups on a tray and pour your warm chocolate Reishi spore liquid into your cups. Next, place your tray in the refrigerator to let set for about 30 minutes to an hour. Once the cups have set, they are ready to enjoy!
P.S. These are gut-friendly and due to the caprylic acid found in the coconut oil, these would be a great anti-candida dessert!
