This consult is for the person seeking guidance on discovering possible reasons as to why they do not feel their best and want a specific plan created just for them. Kristin looks for hidden imbalances & healing opportunities.
Kristin will thoroughly review your health history and blood work, then create a plan just for you, based upon your body’s top priorities and needs.
Expectations: blood work is preferred to accompany the session. Dietary changes & supplements are necessary, they each have a specific role in the health building protocol.
The Full Consult Includes:
- Discover your body’s healing opportunities and top priorities (ie. dehydration, deficiencies, organ stress, potential for infections, heavy metals, mold, etc.)
- A plan created just to you, based on consult findings, including nutrition recommendations, supplement plan and lifestyle support.
- Go over your health history, signs/symptoms, assessments, red flags from labs and or blood work (must be emailed back prior to consult). If wanting a line by line review, please book an additional consult for this.
The health history + assessment forms will be emailed to you after your booking is confirmed. Please fill out prior to your appointment and attach any blood work or labs to your email. Blood work is recommended at least a week or two before your appointment. You can purchase a complete functional blood work panel HERE. *USA only, excludes New Jersey, New York & Rhode Island.
